Homemade apple granita
trust
We love granita, especially in summer, a refreshing little treat… But even in the colder months, a granita can be a great way to indulge yourself! Fruity, light, it's a good idea after a heavy party dinner. For more originality, the homemade granita can also be presented as a starter with a little champagne. With this recipe, you are ready for the next party!
PREPARATION
Add the water to a small saucepan, add the stevia. Heat over medium heat.
Stir occasionally, until the stevia is completely dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to the pot and mix everything together. Let it cool for a while.
Take ice cube trays or small silicone molds and fill them with the mixture. Put in the freezer.
After an hour, take out the granita and mix them with a fork. Return to freezer.
Repeat this process until the granita is frozen. It takes about 3 to 4 hours.
Once frozen, serve with a proportioning spoon in a pretty stemmed glass. Garnish with mint and lemon slices.
