how to prepare a low carb recipe: chicken and vegetable rolls
you need
Ingredients for 4 persons
4 beautiful chicken fillets
12 green beans
2 carrots
1 quarter of celeriac
20 cl of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mustard of your choice (strong or old-fashioned) Salt, pepper
Provence herbs
PRÉPARATION
1: Wash and sort the vegetables, cut the carrots and celery into long sticks, cook them in the pressure cooker for 2 minutes from the whisper
2: Place each of the chicken fillets on a large piece of cling film compatible with steam cooking, flatten them well by tapping them with a rolling pin. Season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of Provence herbs and place on the edge on each of them, the vegetables (3 beans, 3 carrots
