ketogenic coffee for a supercharged immune system
Ingredients
1 cup or mug of coffee
1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of natural coconut oil
Creamy version:
Good coffee
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
A few pinches of spices (cinnamon, turmeric, pepper, ginger)
Instructions
Simply drop your spoon stuffed with coconut oil into your coffee
“Stir” to dissolve the coconut oil in your coffee
Creamy version:
Whisk the egg yolk with the coconut oil and spices.
Pour the espresso over it whilst whisking.
You then gain a fatty and creamy coffee.
If you do not drink it instantly, combine it once more as the spices will settle shortly to the backside of your tass.
