"Healthy and Delicious Keto Chili - A Perfect Meal for Staying in Ketosis
The ketogenic diet (often called keto) is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has been shown to help people lose weight. The main idea behind the diet is to get your body into a state of ketosis, where it's burning fat for fuel instead of carbohydrates. To do this, you need to eat very few carbs (less than 50 grams per day) and a moderate amount of protein, while increasing your fat intake. Common foods on a keto diet include meats, fish, eggs, dairy products, oils and fats, and low-carbohydrate vegetables.
