low carb recipe / ketogenic cookies
following a low-carb or keto diet does not mean that we should refrain from delicious meals but rather refrain from eating outside our homes that and the first thing to know is that we eat dehor and especially easy and fast meals that are the causes of gaining weight and that is why I encourage everyone who wants to lose weight by following the keto or low carb diet
keto cookie ingredient
preparation of 24 portion
220 gr fine powder
80 gr coconut flour
2 tbsp psyllium
2 sachet baking powder
2 egg
180 gr mashed fine
180gr xylitol
180gr coconut oil
140gr dark chocolate
120gr pecane nuts
2 dash of vanilla extract
the steps of preparing keto cookies
step 1 Mix the almond powder with the coconut flour, psyllium and yeast. For a better consistency, I mixed the almond powder before to give it a floury side.
step 2Add the egg, xylitol and almond puree and whisk well, then add coconut oil (slightly warmed to be liquid) - mix well. Finally add the chocolate reduced into small pieces and the crushed pecans.
step3Form balls of about 3cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet. Crush them to make them a little flatter and bake for a dozen minutes in the oven at 180 °. Let cool on the baking sheet
